The six people were arrested when Nassau County police raided a warehouse on Secatogue Avenue in Farmingdale. Suffolk County Police Commissioner Richard Dormer said in a statement that illegal casino sites will not be tolerated. "The public should be put on notice that if they engage in illegal gambling, we are going to be taking action.”
